here ya go gabe... don't be overwhelmed by all the chords i tabbed out... i just showed all the chords (even the basic ones) so you could see the walkdowns/walkups better... as this song is primarily walking chord progressions, and not basic ones at that... just another reason why jason is a brilliant, under-appreciated, song-smith; no one else writes these kind of progressions now a day and doesn't suck at it.

hey gabe-

i believe too many nights in a roadhouse was written by a texas country music writer by the name of Junior Brown... if you want the lyric sheet, i might suggest looking for one of his to decipher the less "intelligible" vocal parts in Grandaddy's version.

the song however is easy as hell, it's just G, C, and D... play along with the recording and you'll figure it out within 10 seconds.

hope that helps!

And once again, I thank you my friend for your very helpful help...Haha :D. Yes I totally agree with you about Jason being great but under-appreciated. I love that guy & he's been a huge influence on me. Hope to meet him someday and chat about music. I wonder if he digs Chick Corea? Thanks again man.

Much appreciation,
