Elko in the Rain

Postby don1138 on Thu Nov 08, 2012 11:28 pm

I'm heavily addicted to this song lately, and I've been trying to figure out the chords… and failing. Maybe it's the ukelele (mandolin?) throwing me off, but it seems like a standard 1-4-5 progression, and I think the first chord is D, but it all falls apart as I try to decode it on guitar.

Can anyone help me figure out the chords?

Welp, here's my attempt at it...
(and I think it's a ukulele being played 8-) )

Code: Select all
A, A7, Dm x2

Bb, F, C, Dm, D
Bb, F, C, A7, Dm

A, Dm
A, Dm, D

Last Chorus
Bb, F, C, Dm, D
Bb, F, C, A7, Dm, F
C, A, Dm, F
C, A

so here it finally goes, an ode to what I really know

If you're saying it's addictive, then I'll take your word for it. I'm going to listen to it, anyway.
