You will have to figure out the rhythm and stuff but the chords are just
G - G7

G - C

Maybe it's the ukelele (mandolin?) throwing me off, but it seems like a standard 1-4-5 progression, and I think the first chord is D, but it all falls apart as I try to decode it on guitar.
