This 7 inch is the rarest of them all. Only available with tickets bought from Rough Trade East, in London, England (in person), for a gig that was only annouced a few days before.
No way will I be hearing this song (the studio version in full) until it is out on the L.P. next year. The B-side "a frail lullaby called ‘Clear Your History’" http://www.loudandquiet.com/2016/09/the-return-of-grandaddy-this-time-round-feels-almost-queasily-prophetic/ seems even more so of an impossibility.

I recognize the 30th Century Records logo on the back of the 7" pictured on discogs. That's a subsidiary of Columbia Records. So what's going on here? Will there be more copies available?

There was an implication a small batch would be available online after the band returned home. No idea where or how many - but that was the impression.

(They also may release this digitally - no reason not to at some point)
