THE PLASTIC MERMAIDS have made a big impression on myself of late..great live and they even make their own instruments ..which is always interesting...they have a hint of The Flaming Lips about them..you tube is a good place to check em out and SATURN and PLAYING ON YOUR MIND are good starting points.

Just saying like.

Farts are always better live too, especially when you play them to yourself. You get to sort of isolate yourself in fart headphones, or as some might say "fart goggles".

One could also imagine that farts are produced by instruments too. Especially if you are one of those people with some brain connections crossed and you smell music or taste colors.

I always like to think of wine. But replace the complexities and process of wine making and appreciation with farts.
When you are an experienced "taster" you come to be familiar with different "bouquets".

For example; take a drive out around Los Baños or Mendota or Coalinga, all those wetlands, daries and feed stocks.
Los Baños means the bathroom by the way.
Dairy cow farts all have their own unique bouquet, it has to do with what the cow eats and what kind of probiotics they buy at rite aid, GNC or Walmart.

Have never gotten into them - dug their lead singer when I saw her at a weird fundraiser in NY - what album should I start with?

Start with Runners Four. You can work backwards and forwards from there.
